Communication is key when providing the best possible service to clients. As a full-time Realtor® Associate, Jordan Kam is committed to keeping an open line of communication with all of his clients. When assisting with any home sale, Jordan explores all options to ensure his clients are able to make informed decisions. Jordan possesses strong analytical skills and looks for the “win-win” situation in business.

Since joining the company in 2007 he has been awarded the Outstanding New Experienced Agent Award and Coldwell Banker International Presidents Elite, representing the top 3% of more than 90,000 sales associates throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Jordan is honored to have received the Coldwell Banker Realty Vision and Mission awards on multiple occasions, nominated and voted amongst his peers.

Jordan was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in central Oahu. He graduated from the University of Hawaii in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Just out of college, Jordan worked as a personal assistant for a principal broker of a local real estate company. Through that experience, Jordan decided to turn real estate into a full-time career and earned his real estate license in 2005.

Jordan is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s top producing Honolulu office. He earned the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Luxury Property Specialist designation. Jordan applies his knowledge and utilizes the best tools and resources to provide his clients with an exceptional real estate experience.

During his free time Jordan enjoys spending quality time with his wife Tamlyn, their children, Caleb and Colbie, and their furry family member, Nala.

Naoko believes that real estate is a relationship business. She continues to demonstrate her ability to build long-lasting relationships with every transaction she engages. This skill was enhanced through more than 15 years of client service management for a large global retailer. Her experiences of working as a leader with vast variety of nationalities and cultures has contributed to her current advanced people skills. Naoko’s goal is to deliver the best results for her clients, while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Naoko was selected as the “Best in Real Estate” in 2013, 2014 and 2016 by Honolulu Magazine. In one of each quarter of 2015, 2018 and 2019, she was recognized among the top 2% of more than 50,000 NRT sales associates for her sales accomplishments. 

Born and raised in Japan, Naoko is equipped with a strong Japanese cultural background and a deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette. Naoko also lived in Australia for 8 years for learning English Language and Business Management, and for the past 13 years she called Honolulu her home. Naoko is married and has one daughter, loves the ocean and surfing.

Andrew Leitheiser started his real estate career in Waikiki in 2014 and received he’s broker’s license in 2018. Which Andrew takes great pride in as it is another level of education, expertise, dedication and real estate experience to provide for his clients. Ranking top 2 real estate agent on Zillow for the most activity in the Waikiki Zip-code in the last 4 years, and not self-proclaimed but amongst his peers and clients, the Waikiki Condo Expert. 

Andrew believes in treating others the way he would like to be treated and treat every situation like his first and last project. Never be satisfied. 

Achievements: 

  • Co-listing agent for Apartment building on 745 Isenberg St listed at $12,700,000. Competing against 4 other brokers in Honolulu.
  • Represents the Fee Owners for a popular leasehold building in Waikiki at 1920 Ala Moana Blvd building name “Inn on the Park”. They have sold their real estate investments on the island with Andrew and maintain a good strong trusting relationship.
  • Help assist amending the house rules legally with a client at 2465 Kuhio at Waikiki. VA military buyer seeking investment property in Waikiki after he departs the islands so he can generate cash flow and appreciation for a building zoned for short-term rentals, but house rules did not permit. Buyer legally amended house rules to allow less than 30-day rentals. Price per sq. ft. increased by $150.00 and still appreciating with Days on market less than a week. Building built 1971 amendment of house rules 2018.
  • Similar situation but representing seller and buyer at 441 Lewers St. Found out the building is grandfathered in for legal short-term rentals from the City and County. Increased the market comp for studios at that time from $185,000 to $220,000. Same VA buyer who bought 2465 Kuhio at Waikiki purchased the PH studio off market at $350,00 and potential value should at least be $450,000 YTD. 700 sq.ft. lanai but pays same maintenance fees as a 263 sq. ft. studio and the PH is about 371 interior sq. ft.
